Future of the Shed Dawgs looks bright

Brett Henley

The future of the Shed Dawgs looks bright with some up and coming young Dawgs.

Brett Henley, nephew of Shed Dawg Mike, spent the last week soaking up everything in the shed and is looking forward to the day where he can become a full time member of the Shed Dawgs.

Brett refused to where an Oakland Faiders shirt to school last week declaring that "Shed Dawgs would never where that crap"! Of course where paraphrasing there, but you get the point. Brett has learned that the Shed Dawgs motto is to always Crank it up a Notch!!! Oh yeah, and what goes on in the shed....stays in the shed.

Tailgating 2007 (Week 14)

Tailgating in the SnowThe weather turned ugly earlier than expected in Newfoundland last year and along with the Dolphins play, took its toll on the Dawgs tailgating fun.

The Dawgs were forced to adapt to the conditions and maybe go a little "old School" for the remainder of the dismal 2007 Season from Hell.

The 5th Annual Shed Dawgs day saw over 20 people in the Shed for a great time. Special thanks to Jeremy Hart of Labatts and Tracy Holwell of Iceberg Vodka for the generous donations. Exclusive interview with Dolphins great WR Nat Moore

Dolphins Honor Roll Member...Nat MooreThis past summer, Shed Dawg Mike was part of a conference call to interview Dolphins legend Nat Moore. Nat Moore was one of Dan Marino’s favorite targets. When Moore retired he had broken almost every team record of the Miami Dolphins. Nat would end his storied career with 510 receptions for 7,547 yards and 74 touchdowns. Nat was elected to the Pro Bowl in 1977, his best season, when he led the league in scoring with 12 touchdowns and 52 receptions. In 1984, the league voted him “Man of the Year,” an honor given on the player who gives outstanding service to his community. Moore also received the Byron Whizzer White Humanitarian Award in 1986; and in 1998, he created The Nat Moore Foundation, an organization designed to meet the needs of disadvantaged youth in the Miami-Dade County area. Nat continues to be active in broadcasting as well commenting for both the Dolphins and the University of Florida Gators.
