Shed-Ka-Bobs

INGREDIENTS

1-2 lb. Pork Tenderloin (Can substitute chicken)
2 Large Green Peppers
2 Large Orange Peppers
3 Large Onions
1 Package Grape or Cherry Tomatoes
1 Package Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS FOR SAUCE

1/3 Cup Soya Sauce
1/3 Cup Worchestershire Sauce
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Oil
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Pepper
1/2 Cup BBQ Sauce

DIRECTIONS

Combine the above Sauce ingredients in a container and put aside until cooking.
Cut peppers and onions into 1" squares. Cut meat into 1" cubes.
Thread meat, peppers, onions, tomatoes and mushrooms onto bamboo skewers.
Place skewers in basket and grill on BBQ using low heat. Baste with sauce and turn often.
